Our Services

Mold testing – We will confirm or rule out the presence of mold in suspected areas. This service consists of sampling surfaces for mold. A minimum of two samples must be collected to evaluate mold colonization.

Mold inspection – We will investigate your entire property for mold contamination. This service is used by homebuyers, sellers, or occupants who suspect microbial contamination due to water infiltration or adverse health effects experienced by occupants.

Mold spores can be identified and quantified using air, surface, or dust samples.

We deliver a report electronically within seven days of our inspection. The report includes our documented findings, laboratory analysis, and recommendations. Expedited three-day and one-day service is also available.

Other environmental testing

Environmental testing is an easy and effective way to evaluate air and water quality in your home, or in a home you’re interested in purchasing. If contaminants are discovered, ECA will recommend the best way to eliminate them. ECA has no stake in these recommendations; we do not sell or install decontamination equipment or provide remediation services. We do provide recommendations to reputable services.

Allergen testing – We test household dust for common allergens such as cat and dog dander, dust mites, and mouse and cockroach residues. This service is recommended for homes with residents who are highly sensitivity to specific allergens.
